International Relations
1. TH, as European Union, should give sanctions to Hungary
2. According to UU No.45 , Year 2009 concerning on Fisheries, TH as Jokowi should not put an extreme stance in interpreting it's article upon offensively attacking the intruders of Indonesia's Maritime Territory (New Wording)
3. THBT the most recent drawdown of NATO Force in Afghanistan should be undone

Economy
1. THBT US should not sign The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP)
2. THBT Obama’s Immigration Policy targeting at illegal immigrants is not a good economic strategy
3. In Developing Countries, TH would require companies to have a minimum percentage of employees without college/undergraduate degrees in their core functions

Environment
1. In the case of small countries which are critically threatened by the rising of sea-water level as a result of climate change, THBT Developed countries within proximity with the small countries should provide them new territory
2. TH Believes in buffet option of cutting emissions in COP20
3. As African countries, THW give incentives to NGO who are willing to help fixing their critical soil problems

PREPARED MOTIONS of MNDC 2013

LAW & JUSTICE

1. THW prosecute prosecutor when suspect is proven innocent in Appeal Court.
2. In the case of escaping death row inmates, THBT States that have abolish the death penalty should never extradite criminals to origin state where they face execution.
3. THW give maximum punishment to crime that constantly happens (examples but not limited to corruption in Indonesia and rape cases in India) when it becomes the country's image.

EDUCATION

1. THW adopt Finland Education System.
2. TH regrets the establishment of politically affiliated students unions in all university.
3. As Indonesian government, THW provide student loan for citizens pursuing tertiary education.

ECONOMY

1. TH Supports the use of Bitcoin.
2. THBT progressive developing countries (example but not limited to China) should open free trade with underdeveloped countries.
3. THBT severely indebted nations should take money from the bank account of their citizen to pay for the nation's debt.

Registration Details

1. Participants are legal students that currently enrolled as undergraduates in East Java-Bali universities.
2. Each university or institution is allowed to send 1-5 teams. 3 main teams, and 2 waiting list
3. The Newbies are those who has not been debating at varsity level for more than two years or never break at national scale competition.

Registration procedure

The registration will be divided in 3 phase:

• Filling Registration form

a.       Each university or institution is obliged to fill the registration form in http://tinyurl.com/MNDCRegistrationform2013

b.      After you fill the online registration form, you need to send a confirmation text message to Rashel (085646812015).

c.       The registration starts from November 20th – December 16th, 2014.

• Payment

Payment of MNDC 2014 can be done by transfering the registration fee to Bank BRI 655-801-015563535 a.n Suhartono

 The text format is Name/Institution/Transfer Dates/email/how many teams/transfer number

• Filling the participant details

MASTER 2013 : Closing Remarks

Assalamualaikum Wr Wb

As the representative from the whole committees of Malang High School Debate Tournament. I want to give my highest appreciation to all participants of MASTER 2013, including coaches, teachers and also officials. Thank you for your cooperations in making this event goes on time since the first day we have the technical meeting till the last day of eliminary rounds. Furthermore, I really thanks for your understanding and patience for all the conditions you’ve been  through in MASTER 2013. The venue, competitions, the lodgings and unforgettable candle lights debate which is both romantic and mystical. It’s all the best that we could provide. Everything runs smoothly till the news from State Polytechnic of Malang about the black-out comes at 5 PM in the day we do the technical meeting. Yet, the committees are not take it for granted, we looked for several impossible ways to make MASTER 2013 possible to run in the next day. Afterall, I knew that MASTER 2013 is still far away from perfectness.  For all the flaws I’m really thankful for have your apologize and understanding through the competition days.

Secondly, I do want to give my highest appreciation to the A-Core Team : M. Umar Pradhani from Universitas Negeri Malang, Asdin Herzegovina from POLINEMA and Zelly Sidi Zamzami from Universitas Brawijaya. Their full dedications to the competition to make qualified motions and maximumly run every single round is incomparable for all of us. Not to mentions, my beloved committees, event organizer, admission team, accommodation and technology, multimedia and publication division, finance and sponsorship and liaison officers that I could not mentions here, one by one. All of you guys have made an incredible job you’ve ever made.

Last but not least, congratulations for all the title holder of Malang High School Debate Tournament , SMKN 4 Malang as The Champion. SMAN 1 Kepanjen as The Runner Up , SMAK St. Albertus Malang as The Second Runner Up and Felicia Evelyn from SMAK St. Albertus Malang as The Best Speaker in MASTER 2013. And for all the participants that haven’t succeed to bear up the titles, don’t give up. Remember that the most important thing from a competition is not the competition itself, but the thing is how dare you walk out from your comfort zone to see the other perspective outside yours, and not giving up to always be better and better day by day.

MASTER 2013 : Breaking Results

The Preliminary round of Malang High School Debate Tournament (MASTER) 2013 starts today. 32 teams from all over East Java competing to get the best 16 for the octofinal rounds in tomorrows eliminary day. There are 4 Preliminary rounds today, with the silent round (only verbal no decisions) at round 3 and super silent round (no verbal and decisions) at round 4, the battle of these high-schools are fierce and unpredictable. Several schools that become the dark horse of this tournament comes up to the breaking bracket and put aside several prominent teams from east java high-school power houses. Yet still we can't determine whose gonna have the throne of MASTER 2013. One thing for sure, the existence of several new names inside the breaking brackets will increase the feeling of competitions inside this tournament. 16 Breaking Teams and 10 Candidates of Best Speakers also mentioned below.
